FYT Health Foods is seeking donations to help feed local families in need, please visit  to contribute to a great cause.

Please do your part:

  • Maintain a minimum 6 feet distance between others
  • Practice frequent and thorough hand washing.
  • Visitors: If you feel sick or share a home with someone who is sick, please do not enter, and  please self-isolate.

The intent of these extraordinary measures is to “flatten the curve” of the number of illnesses at once to avoid overwhelming our healthcare system. If everyone does their part now, we can help shorten the duration of this health emergency.
