Learn how the 19th-century movement that shaped the care of patients at the Traverse City State Hospital. This presentation examines the principles of moral treatment and how the hospital’s Kirkbride-style architecture was designed to support healing through environment, routine, and humane care.
Doors open at 6:00pm, Lecture starts at 6:30 pm. Lectures will be about 1 hour with additional time for Q&A after.
